Dr. Waggoner was born and raised in Texas. He is married with three daughters. He is Board Certified and extensively trained in general and advanced laparoscopic procedures as well as bariatric surgery. He helped start the bariatric surgery program at North Cypress Nedical Center in Cypress, TX and is now starting the bariatric program for memorial Hermann Northeast.
